I cannot speak highly enough about this company. While I had to wait several months before I could get my carpets cleaned (because of where I live), it was definitely worth it. I very much appreciated the call just prior to coming out, letting me know that Jason was on his way. When Jason arrived, he measured the area to be cleaned, gave me a price, and then I was also able to pay right away (not required). His cleaning methods were extremely thorough and efficient, while even eliminating some pet odors.  I would definitely use them again!

Pristine Cleaning did a great job on our carpets. Carpets with nine years of footprints and doggy residue came almost completely clear and yes, pristine, again. That's the same word I used to describe it to my husband: they are truly pristine! A few stubborn spots didn't come up completely, but the owner was really honest about the possibility of those places being more difficult. By large, 99% of the surfaces are much cleaner than I ever imagined they could be--and all without toxic cleaners. The carpets smelled great and I know they are truly clean and pristine for the next while--and I'm determined to keep them that way since they look so amazing.

I’ve been using Pristine for years and honestly with 2 teens & pets, I need them ALOT! They’re very professional and friendly and absolutely magic at getting out mayonnaise (my boy), make up (my daughter though she blames it on her friends!), stain of some sort from overwatering a plant in a dyed woven basket, and pet accidents, oh geez, puppy piddle! I’d tried other carpet cleaners in the past & somehow that puppy piddle smell always came back. With Pristine it just doesn’t! So grateful they’re able to help keep my home clean a& they’re an absolute pleasure to work with!
