Our truck mount hot water extraction unit comes to your home. The technician carefully lays 2 hoses from the equipment outside to the area to be cleaned. One hose contains pressurized and heated water, the second is for extraction. First a non-toxic cleaner is sprayed to loosen soil. In showers we use a special product to remove hard water and soap scum. The next step is pressure washing simultaneously extracting soil, cleaners and water
back to the van outside. Typically the tile dries in an hour with the aid of air movers. The last step is to apply sealer if needed. When sealer is applied, a few hours time is needed for the sealer to cure before replacing items. Showers require more time to dry, in many cases overnight is best. We return the next day to replace any failing caulk in your shower and then after a few hours the caulk is dry and we can seal if needed. The shower
is then ready for use that night.
